Here at FROM Wales, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund policy for items that are unwanted or faulty. The full priced items must be returned to us in original condition and packaging, within 14 days.
Please email or phone us before sending any goods back, so we know to expect it. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend you return any items via recordable post, as we can not be held responsible for any return items that go missing.

It is our normal practice to dispatch within 24 hours of purchase date Monday - Friday. All products will be sent 1st Class Royal Mail or EVRi.
Shipping is £2.60 for one bauble, £3.25 for two or more bauble's purchased. £4.45 for ten+.
Please order early to ensure timely delivery before Christmas. Please allow extra leeway at times of peak demand such as in the run up to Christmas.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery address and delivery instructions are as accurate as possible.
If you wish to place orders to more than one delivery address, you will need to place separate orders per address.Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to areas outside mainland Great Britain. If you accidentally place an order for an area outside mainland Great Britain, we will contact you to arrange a full refund as we will be unable to fulfil the order.
